We have four generations of experience providing high quality care and compassion for families. Our commitment is to walk alongside you with dignity and understanding, ensuring you and your family are never alone in your time of need.

We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

There are a number of organisations and charities who provide practical information and emotional support following a bereavement.

National Bereavement Service

National Bereavement Service provide both practical and emotional support following a death. Ranging from legal support, probate, will writing services, as well as managing grief and accessing help and counselling. Services are free of charge and require no commitment to use any of the services they may offer. As well as a helpline, they have an online live chat for those who may not wish to speak on the phone.

Samaritans

Samaritans are an emotional support service available 24 hours, 7 days a week, providing emotional support for anyone in feelings of despair or distress.

Child Death Helpline

Child Death Helpline provide a telephone helpline service to anyone affected by the death of a child of any age – whether they are parents, grandparents, siblings, family members, friends or involved professionals.

Cruse Bereavement Support

Cruse Bereavement Support are the largest bereavement support charity in the UK. They provide emotional support via their website, telephone helpline, in person and online group workshops, local support services, or one to one support. Not only do they provide support for adults, they also support children and young people.

The Silver Line Helpline

The Silver Line Helpline, run by Aged UK, and is a free, confidential telephone service for those aged 55 or over. The helpline provides friendship for older people, as well as any support and signposting they may need. Calls are free, whether from a landline or mobile phone.
